I have over 26 years of experience over the years in creating websites for many different companies.  You can be as involved as you want or let me guide you with the look and feel.  Each website is unique and it takes time to explore and develop the best strategy for your site.  For this reason, I offer custom proposals and not set pricing.  Items can be added later at any time and invoiced separately.  Below is a suggested pricing sheet.
