WILL YOU COPY A PREVIOUS PAINTING THAT ALREADY SOLD?
Sorry, the answer is no. Duplicating a painting over again doesn't always work the way the client expects. Colors or style or mood may be slightly different.
However, I will consider a commissioned project using the same feel, mood, and colors of a previous piece. But it will NOT be an exact duplicate.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
I am currently accepting a limited number of commissioned projects, on a case by case basis. Please note that commissioned pieces take much more time and preparation than my other pieces.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED
If your print is damaged in transit we are happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual collectors who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. Creasing and bending can be flattened out. You may be able to make a claim with the shipping service.
If the order is a complete loss and we offer a reprint, we ask that you return the print to our studio, either in the original packaging or in sturdy packaging purchased at your local post office. Collectors are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints.
We are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care in sturdy flat mailers and tubes so that it arrives undamaged. We suggest handling your new artwork with care when framing and stretching. Direct sunlight, heat damage, and possible water can damage the art. Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we do not run the post office or UPS, and we have no control over how the package is treated in transit!
MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED/LOST/STOLEN
If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is not found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. This does happen occasionally, and it is not uncommon to have the package returned here to the studio. If that is the case, we are more than happy to forward it to your correct address, though we ask that you pay for the postage. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do on our end, so we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. If a package is unable to be delivered and is returned to our studio, we are happy to reship, but ask that you pay for the additional postage. We are unable to reprint any order for free that has been not delivered, lost, or stolen.
I ORDERED A PRINT/PAINTING BUT THE COLORS AREN'T RIGHT
Please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colors on different screens if the colors are a concern. I attempt to photograph each piece of work to capture its most honest, and true-to-life color representation. But please realize the colors may vary slightly in person.

Please note that I retain ALL rights to ALL artwork I create, even those of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork (this is an addition to purchasing the original).
The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in any form, I only ask for credit.
Your privacy is very important to us. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or from other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We do not share any personal, demographic, or financial data with any third party. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.
Payment information is not retained by Emily Jeffords Studio and we take precautions to protect your information during this process. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and securely transmitted to us through a Payment Processing System (Stripe or Paypal, depending on our preference at checkout).
